Becoming an ODS Vendor

Oregon Data Share (ODS) has several options for vendors to partner with us!  ODS believes that a robust menu of technology products and services for participants and subscribers from their customer MLSs strengthens the end-user experience.  How does the benefit vendors?  You still get additional per-member monthly fees from ODS for customer MLSs that choose your product. But instead of servicing multiple clients, databases, and settings, you service one MLS point of contact, saving you time and money.  We also promote our suite of products to customer MLSs and potential future customer MLSs.  Check out the various types of relationships we have with vendors to see what is the best fit for you!

ODS SYSTEM-WIDE VENDOR

ODS has several system-wide vendors that are available for purchase from our customer MLSs. These are products that would be embedded into the the MLS system. ODS contracts with the vendors for their technology and services and then offers packages to customer MLSs with the ability to purchase the vendor services from ODS. Are you interested in becoming an ODS system-wide vendor? If so, contact our vendor sales team.

ODS ADD-ON/REVENUE SHARE VENDOR

ODS also offers another option for vendors who either opt to sell directly to participants and subscribers of our customer MLSs or if ODS determines they are not the right fit as a system-wide vendor but would be a great option for an add-on service participants and subscribers to purchase directly. These vendors typically provide a discounted rate, and we promote the product through the MLS system as an option for participants and subscribers to buy. These vendors may also offer a revenue share model with ODS to offset our time promoting their product or service. Are you interested in becoming an ODS add-on/revenue share vendor? If so, contact our vendor sales team.

ODS SYNDICATION PARTNERSHIPS

Our syndication partnership is a method of sharing MLS data with third-party sites to provide more listing exposure. For example, ODS syndicates listings to Realtor.com. Our MLS system controls which third-party portals receive their office listings from participants of customer MLSs. Do you have a site or portal you would like us to consider for a syndication partnership? If so, contact our vendor sales team.
