Core Products Overview
Oregon Data Share offers three core products to MLSs that purchase services from us: the MLS system, tax information, and compliance. We believe these products are essential for MLSs to provide value to their participants and subscribers and enhance their ability to serve as local real estate experts to their clients.
Oregon Data Share is one database with a singular set of rules and regulations that govern the database. This saves MLSs the time and money required to continually update their rules and regulations and the legal fees to review every change. ODS also manages the MLS input fields through our Rules and Listing Input Committee to ensure that all of the fields our customers need are available. Additionally, we provide all MLS forms to our customers, which is another time and money saver for MLSs.
