NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION
We hope you are enjoying your membership in the Central Oregon Association of REALTORS. Whether you recently joined or joined as far back as last Spring, many of the services COAR offers have been altered to deal with the changes to business practices from COVID-19. One of these is New Member Orientation. Orientation is a critical (and required) part of being a REALTOR. We have launched our recorded online orientation for your safety and convenience.
You have until March 1, 2021 to compete the process.

Once you have completed the video, take the new member orientation test below.
Compete New Member Code of Ethics training here and submit your certificate to candace@coar.com
Once I receive your test score and your certificate, we will inform the National Association of REALTORS that you have completed this requirement and are in good standing.
